HISTORY

Founded in 1998 by Henry Bowles and Dr. Theodore Langley the company's initial products included maintenance schedules and safety checklists for use in the maritime industry. From this experience the BLT Alertness Tester, the world's first dedicated alertness checking device, was developed. This device and the patented system for storing baselines became the basis for expansion into other areas of applied cognitive science.
